Simple Contact Form (SCF) is another plugin from TopCode.
It has a basic “Are you human?” checkbox to reduce spamming. Settings include the email address to which submitted data is sent and the ability to disable any of the name, email and subject fields if you don’t want them.
SCF v1.0.8 is coded securely to meet WordPress plugin standards but its not available at wordpress.org/plugins.
